The project manager needs to effectively monitor and control the project's progress to ensure successful completion. A project's success is measured regarding finishing the project within the assigned time span, allocated budget, quality of customers services, and without adjusting the corporate culture (Race, 2010). However, spending more on a project may lead to business success even if the manager spends more than the set budget. Every company has to adopt a unique project management methodology and utilize it with ultimate consistency.
